The Office of Mental Wellness Initiatives seeks to foster a culture of Awareness, Accompaniment, and Hopethroughout the Diocese of Brownsville by promoting mental wellness through education, advocacy and supportive networks.
Grounded in a commitment to uphold the emotional, psychological, and spiritual life of the person, we accompany individuals to achieve mental well-being, offering support that encourages resilience, restores dignity, and nurtures a sense of wholeness.
Through collaborative outreach and faith-based initiatives, we strive to empower our community to recognize, respond to, and embrace the journey toward healing and restore individual flourishing.
