We are committed to referring parishioners to professionals who respect, encourage, and incorporate their Catholic faith as each person walks the path of healing.
Parishioners and parish staff can contact our office directly via phone call or email to receive support finding support from a mental health provider.
The office of Mental Wellness does not provide direct counseling services on site.
A directory of Catholic and Faith-Based counselors is available through our office for referrals. Currently we connect families and individuals based on their insurance provider or to counselors that can provide a lower cost of counseling.
Catholic in Recovery is a nonprofit organization that seeks to serve those suffering from addictions and unhealthy attachments (including alcoholism, drug addiction, pornography addiction, sex and relationship addiction, compulsive overeating and food addictions, gambling addiction, codependency and the impact on family, and general fear, control and anxiety). The organization was started by the passion of Scott Weeman as he found healing and new life through the help of twelve step recover and the sacramental love and mercy provided by the Catholic Church.
